How do I install the app from the file (APK)?
Download the file on your phone and open it. The first time, Android asks to allow installs from that app (for example the browser): allow it, then tap Install. Installing a new version over the old one keeps your music and settings.
How do I connect the app to my server?
Open Soundeer, choose the type of server and write its address, port, user name and password, as shown by your server.
Does it work in the car?
Yes, with Android Auto: Soundeer appears among the car’s media apps. With «Hey Soundeer» turned on in the settings, you can ask for music without touching anything.
